REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Delivery

The Herbal Factory Ltd manufactures and undertakes packing and shipping of its products direct from the factory.
Shipping our products are undertaken by Royal mail and EVRI courier services.

Damaged Items

Occasionally products dispatched by The Herbal Factory Ltd are damaged in transit. Our policy is either to replace or refund the cost of the product that you purchased from us within the last seven days. The products must be unopen and in its original condition.

If the products arrive rotten or contaminated in anyway due to circumstances beyond our control. We will send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
